- ...shall contain no cucumber.
- ...shall contain no sesame seeds.
- ...shall never be dipped in soy sauce or any other sauce.
- ...shall be as fresh as possible.
- ...shall be made with sweet, vinegary rice with just a pinch of salt.
- ...exists to frame the flavor of the fish. Fishiness is good.
